Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, using it mainly as a base for my trips into London City. It was very convenient being just a short walk from the train station and having a quick train ride to Waterloo. The staff at reception were welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, I did have an issue with noise from other guests and the plumbing, which was a bit bothersome. While the breakfast was amazing during my first visit, it was disappointing on another occasion, making it hit or miss. Overall, great value for money if you skip the breakfast and explore nearby cafes instead.
I had higher expectations for my stay, especially considering the price during a busy concert weekend. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with stained carpets and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. However, the service during breakfast was chaotic, and management seemed to be lacking. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was provided.
I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to head to our concert, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the dining experience was lacking for those with dietary restrictions, and the staff in the restaurant could really use some enthusiasm. Overall, I found value for money here, but improvements could elevate the experience significantly.
The hotel had a decent stay with good customer service and a unique check-in process using a machine. While the location was quite convenient for accessing town and public transport, the noise levels from other guests and the plumbing took away from the overall comfort. The breakfast was good value but best enjoyed before 0930hrs when the staff started to pack up.
I had a great stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located close to Chessington World of Adventures Resort. The room was spacious and very quiet, making for a comfortable retreat. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, although the busyness during peak times was a slight inconvenience. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price, and I would definitely consider returning.
